User Agreement

1. Terms of Service

Welcome to the EST Investment Platform. Please read this agreement carefully. Your registration, login, use and other actions will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement and agreement to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Users need to register an account before using the services of this platform. Account name and password are kept by the user; users shall be legally responsible for all activities and events conducted through their accounts.

2.2 Users shall not lend, transfer, or rent their accounts to others. If the platform finds that the user is not the account registrant, the platform has the right to reclaim the account without notice and without legal responsibility to the account user.

3. Service Content

3.1 EST Investment Platform provides users with power bank device investment services. Users can obtain corresponding income rights by purchasing power bank devices.

3.2 Users understand and agree that the platform has the right to unilaterally adjust service content according to business needs, and adjustments to service content will be explained in platform announcements.

4. User Conduct Standards

4.1 Users shall not use this platform to engage in any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to:

• Publishing any illegal, irregular, or fraudulent information
• Using technical means to damage or attempt to damage the normal operation of the platform
• Stealing others' accounts, funds or information
• Engaging in any behavior that endangers platform security

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, images, software, audio, video, etc., is owned by the platform or has obtained legal authorization.

5.2 Without written permission from the platform, no one may use, copy, modify, or disseminate content on the platform without authorization.

6. Privacy Protection

6.1 The platform attaches great importance to user privacy protection. For specific privacy policies, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

6.2 Information provided by users when using platform services will be processed and protected by the platform in accordance with the privacy policy.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 Investment involves risks. Users should fully understand investment risks, make prudent decisions, and bear investment results themselves.

7.2 The platform is not responsible for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, hacker attacks, network interruptions, etc.).

7.3 Users understand and agree that the income data provided by the platform is for reference only and does not constitute any income commitment or guarantee.

8. Agreement Modification

8.1 The platform has the right to modify this agreement according to changes in national laws and regulations and platform operational needs. The modified agreement will be announced on the platform.

8.2 If users do not agree with the modified agreement, they should stop using platform services; continued use of services will be deemed as acceptance of the modified agreement.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

9.2 If any dispute arises regarding the content or execution of this agreement, the parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court where the platform is located.
